TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“the Terms”) apply to all orders and contracts for the sale or supply of goods or services between With This Dress Bridal Boutique (“the Seller” or, where applicable, “Us”, “We” or “Our”) and a purchaser of goods and services (“the Purchaser” or, where applicable, “You” or “Your”).

By ordering, paying a deposit for, or purchasing goods from the Seller you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DEPOSITS

The purchaser is required to pay a 50% deposit of the total sales value to place the order. There will be no contract of sale until the Purchaser has paid the deposit and the order has been confirmed by the Seller.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the Purchaser wishes to cancel the order, they must inform the Seller in writing as soon as possible.

If the Purchaser wishes to cancel a confirmed order more than one month after the original deposit is paid, then the Purchaser is liable to pay the remaining balance of the gown, and must do so within 3 months.

If the Purchaser wishes to cancel the order more than one month after the original deposit is paid, and the dress order has not been confirmed with the end supplier, the deposit will be refunded, but subject to a cancellation charge of up to 10% of the order value.

If we are unable to process the order for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full.

BALANCE PAYMENTS & OWNERSHIP

The Seller will notify the Purchaser when the order has arrived in the store and is ready for collection. A final payment of the balance of the purchase price of any order, after taking into account any deposit already paid, must be paid within 14 days of being advised by the Seller that the order has arrived.

Goods remain our property until paid for in full. If the Purchaser fails to pay the full purchase price, the Seller is entitled to resell the goods after one month from being notified that the items have arrived.

DELIVERY

Dates quoted for delivery are approximate. We will update you if the estimated delivery date changes, but we cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control.

ALTERATIONS

The costs of any alterations are not included in the selling price. We are not responsible for alterations made by a third party.

SIZING

Dresses are not made to measure unless otherwise stated. All dresses are ordered to the nearest size on the designer's size chart, based on the measurements taken (and signed for by you) when the order is placed. We cannot be held responsible for any change in your measurements.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items may be sample dresses displayed on the premises, and as such, may not be in perfect condition. The Purchaser should check that any sale items are of satisfactory quality for their requirements. The Seller makes no guarantee that visible marks can be removed by cleaning. Goods are sold as seen, cannot be returned or refunded, and must be paid for in full and taken away on the day.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Seller will not be liable for any defects or discrepancies found by the Purchaser after they have removed the gown from the Seller’s premises.

Due to the delicate nature of the goods, the Seller cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage incurred after collection, during or after the wedding, or whilst the dress is in storage.
